Refund policy

We want you to love your artwork, so all artworks are individually made to order, we do not accept returns, only exchanges as outlined in our terms and conditions. However If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at info@stampartist.co.uk

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase to us receiving the item, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.

Items will be exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. Please return the item in the original packaging.

Please send the parcel via a signed for service and keep receipt for proof of postage - we do not refund the cost of the return delivery.
